Price: £120 pp Weekdays | £130 pp Weekend (Maximum 6 people)
Includes all ingredients, printed recipes and list of shops that you can buy the ingredients, tasting Japanese plum wine with edamame beans and Japanese rice crackers, sit down lunch/dinner with wine or Japanese sake , sushi to take home and complete sushi starter kit ( sushi rice, rice vinegar, wasabi paste, nori seaweed sheets, konbu kelp and rolling mat) to make your first gourmet sushi at home.

How to cook sushi rice properly – very vital and important!

How to prepare and make salmon sashimi with avocado in spicy wasabi sauce
How to prepare and cut sushi fillings e.g.; vegetables and raw sashimi quality fish
How to prepare King prawns and make deep-fried tempura for Tempura rolls
How to make Tempura rolls garnished with tempura flakes and chilli thread,
Kazari salmon rolls, Kei’s Posh rolls with snow crabs garnished with gold leaf, Temari zushi, traditional Japanese mini hand ball sushi
