  • Soba zushi - sushi rolls made from buckwheat soba noodles
  • Miso soup using sea vegetables
  • Tofu beancurd and avocado in spicy wasabi soy dressing
  • Asparagus in black sesame dressing
  • Presentation skills

You will learn:

  • Introduction to Japanese ingredients and their health benefit
  • Sobagetti with Oriental mushrooms and pea shoots - using soba buckwheat noodles
  • Shira ae - Hijiki sea vegetables and vegetables in tofu , miso and sesame sauce
  • Soba noodles salad with smoked trout, salmon roe and vegetables.
  • Natto, fermented soy beans which are full of Vitamin K with okura and spring onions
  • Presentation skills
