You can also book this class for two people or more or one-to-one to suit your time and date.

Location: Kei's kitchen in Seer Green, Buckinghamshire

Price: £70pp - Weekday / £80pp - Weekend (maximum 6 people 

Includes all ingredients, recipes, glass of wine/green tea and nibbles . We will eat some of the canapés whilst we make them and we will enjoy eating them after the class. You can also take away the canapés as well ! 

You will learn:

  • Introduction to ingredients

  • How to make easy teriyaki sauce - very versatile sauce and it will keep in fridge for at least 1 month , no preservatives added

  • Popcorn Black tiger prawns a la Roka style with chilli mayo

  • Scottish smoked Loch trout, radish and red onions marinated with yuzu sauce on chicory boat

  • Asparagus rolled with bacon with Teriyaki sauce

  • Kei’s tasty deep - fried Cod bites with aonori flakes and Himalayan sea salt

  • Presentation skills - which are very vital! 

Options to learn vegetarian canapés available upon request to suit your time, date either from Kei’s kitchen or your kitchen. Please contact Kei for a menu and her availability.
