Location: Kei’s kitchen in Seer Green, Buckinghamshire

Price: £70pp Weekdays / £80pp Weekend
(Maximum 6 people)

Includes all ingredients, printed recipes, glass of wine/ green tea and tasty meals you have made.
You could also take away the food.

You will learn:

  • Introduction to utensils and ingredients

  • Okonomi-yaki, “ As you like it “ popular Japanese savoury pancake with your favourite toppings such as King prawns, thinly sliced pork, bacon etc with Okonomiyaki sauce garnished with aonori seaweeds and “ dancing “ bonito flakes.

  • Yaki soba, Japanese style fried noodles

  • Green beans in sesame sauce

  • Presentation skills

Vegetarian options available.
