Price: £70pp Weekdays / £80pp Weekend (Maximum 6 people)
Includes all ingredients, printed recipes and list of shops to buy the ingredients, a glass of wine, sit down lunch/dinner.
You can also take away gyoza.
You will learn:
Introduction to Japanese ingredients and utensils
How to make home made teriyaki sauce
How to make juicy pan-fried gyoza (prawns or vegetarian options are available to learn)
How to make chicken teriyaki (option to make salmon or tofu)
How to make ton jiru - miso soup with pork and vegetables (or without pork)
Vegetarian options are available.
